Who lets these recruiters out? TA is no more talent acquisition. It's now called "Total Apathy!". Challenge it!

 Title sounds unreal, right? They are not from the future but are edicts from the past. Those edits, which were purposefully buried down!

Google it! How ironic?
Use of AI Chatbot in hiring is going to lift the talent agenda from the dungeons of being relegated to rot at the ATS and then the Incompetent Recruiter's mercy!
Recruiters have done more injustice to the talent than the ATS, right?.
Poor ATS gets the blame, while the perpetrators of this injustice are lack of governance, apathy of senior leadership and the hordes of ill informed, incompetent recruiters!
Sounds brutal? Audit your ATS and trail of applications that never saw the sunlight! Your ATS maybe the biggest 'graveyard' of talent!
Start being respectful to the talent and your only rescue is the AI Chatbot!
As we don't want AI Chatbots to be sentient, you will have to raise your bar for your leadership team who would own the talent march; inwards or outwards!
McKinsey & Company coined the word "War for Talent" but your talent agenda at best remained a purchase department's chore!
