Big pay for a wide market

 ANSR's CEO Lalit Ahuja, said in a ToI piece yesterday that there are more than 100 leaders in India GCCs, with over $1 million in compensation!

No wonder Guidewire Software's Chief Product Development Officer, Diego Devalle who is expanding his GCC in Chennai and Bangalore by twofold, says, India is not so affordable anymore and one can compare it with Poland and other locations!
India is not about cost anymore....it is about the market and talent that is ever expanding with promises for many product and platform foreign firms.
