When you blame anyone for this clickbait, it shouldn't be Deloitte but Business Today!
From being a company of metro cities and the ranker CAs, IIM grads, and IITans, Deloitte has gone far and wide in India, searching for talent and defying the elitist mindset or bias!
It was heartening to hear Romal Shetty, the CEO, say that Deloitte India now hires from 19 different states in India, and Tripura is their new shore.
Don't fall for the clickbait, as HR, with whatever name you call it, doesn't lose its charm. HR officers have many avatars; the latest is Chief Happiness Officer. Deloitte has a Chief Talent and Experience Officer, in place of an HR officer.
HR is feeling, it is our sentiment. Remember, we call our GFs and Spouses, Sweety, Baby, Honey, etc...
Same for our adorable kids (especially in Punjab) Goldy, Lovely, and Happy...
