Thanks, TV Rao sir for highlighting the importance and relevance of the competencies, whether it's mapping, or modeling, etc. The Global HR Community (Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, Ramesh Ranjan, Nathan SV) shall work with TVRLS and promote this conceptual course, which "HR got wrong", to begin with, and Mark doesn't mince a word when he explains this.
After reading Mark's article, I had written a piece on my blog, and this came after I had been a consultant to Biocon Biologics on their design of the competency model for the leadership team and further development of Competency based leadership learning curriculum.
