PIP wala bana Recruiting Superstar

 A senior recruiter of ~2 decades of experience, my 1st degree connection on LinkedIn, and an ex-colleague shared last week that he got recognized as a recruitment leader by some agency.

Such news fills me with joy and pride that I have worked with such stalwarts of this industry.
Then,
I recalled that this is the guy who was put on PIP after 3 months, and his LinkedIn profile had "Open to Work" SOS for 3 months or more.
