I was listening to the Moonshot podcast by Peter H. Diamandis where he was talking to the founder of Invisible, Francis Pedraza and now reading this article by Peter and my belief in GenAI changing our world of work and life, through its collective dynamic, ever evolving cognitive intelligence to make the most leading decisions defying the flailing, nonlinear, asymmetric, programmed, hard coded automated systems that we have deployed and experienced only as a piece of conformance to the code.
I will not be surprised, when GenAI will naturally be sentient, which most conservatives fear will be the end of the world.
All skills and capability assessments will have to be redesigned as Peter argues and shall be tested through GenAI's Super Cognitive, Super Skilled yet contextual filters...
For me SBO was always there till RBOs started to administer and deliver product and services as a discipline... Blame it on PMIs😄..
Even as Peter predicted return of the SBO in a slightly different format due to the nature of GenAI, RBOs will always stay as the veritable end to any means to that end.
Great share Vijai PANDEY..

Chanced upon this article written by Peter on Fair Observer.
The article titled "Outside the Box: Will the Sun Set on Your Skill Set?" explores how the rise of AI and skills-based organizations (SBOs) are transforming the workplace. It emphasizes the need for a shift from traditional job roles to a focus on individual skills, adaptability, and continuous learning. The discussion highlights the importance of dynamic skill assessment tools and the integration of non-linear decision-making processes in professional environments. It also stresses the evolving nature of skill sets due to technological advancements and the gig economy.
